As a leading store implementation and brand activation company in GTR, the team at Concourse are proud to introduce our sustainability and eco-friendly initiative, ReStore, which has been created to focus on the reduction of retail furniture, fixtures and merchandising that so often end up in landfill sites. This initiative identifies projects and charities that can benefit from Travel Retail’s unwanted retail displays and provides a dedicated service to collect, repurpose and recycle them into new and worthwhile pieces to meet other charities’ needs.

Rob has 30 years of experience in the retail merchandising field starting with 10 years at a leading UK POP manufacturer.Relocating to South Africa in 1999 he led the development of a factory and supply chain for BAT Middle East and Africa to provide full manufacturing support for all retail requirements.
Since founding Concourse Display Management in 2008, he has been 100% dedicated to Travel Retail, working with his co-founders to develop a global manufacturing network built on a foundation of project management, engineering and investment in people and systems.
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the Retail Marketing & Shopper Marketing industry, working in both the European and Asia Pacific markets for many Fortune 500 companies throughout his career.
His experience includes shopper research, retail strategy, shopper marketing, display & merchandising and digital. Chris has spent the last 5 years dedicated to Travel Retail and leads the Asian team.
Mathieu started his career brand side with Moët Hennessy, completing three years in France and two years in Singapore. Graduating in Engineering and Purchasing, this previous role saw him manage the merchandising strategy for MH globally as Category Lead Buyer.
In his Group Business Development Lead role at Concourse he manages our global NBD teams and strategy. He remains passionate about supporting our brands, operator and airport clients to better manage their strategic implementations and store revenue streams, and is continually developing news methods and strategy to increase time and budget efficiencies for all.
Exceptionally organised, Cecile provides care and attention to our clients’ expectations by pro-actively identifying needs and objectives, with an aim of delivering on sales commitments. She works effectively through applying pragmatic and creative problem solving skills.
Cecile also has a sales and marketing background in the digital marketing industry. Through her career she has proven success in building and maintaining long lasting relationships with medium and large-size businesses across various levels and industries.
Matt has been delivering projects in Travel Retail since the early nineties and has a wide range of experience including project management, project development and procurement. He has overseen and delivered projects globally for a wide range of clients and, with this strategic and methodical approach to the delivery of projects, he manages new business development in the EMEA and Americas for Concourse.
An exceptionally organised Client Project Manager/ Account Manager, able to deal simultaneously with complex issues and high number of projects, prioritise and demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressured environment as well as work to deadlines. Ina looks after, amongst others, the global Diageo account.
Jess has over 8 years of experience exclusively in Travel Retail having worked as an industry Journalist, a PR & Communications Consultant and, more recently, as a Tender and Marketing Specialist for DF&TR operators and brands. Clients she has worked with include King Power Group, Aer Rianta, Lagardère, Diageo, Bacardi, Heineken, Mars and Lacoste, amongst many others.
Jess oversees communications internally and externally, provides writing and project management expertise for tendering, and also supports both the creative and new business development teams.
Demaras is dedicated to working alongside the team to improve processes, create vision and set clear directions, whilst building our pool of talent. Her ability to create and implement policies and sound training programs has been integral to developing a successful and integrated community of motivated and innovative employees at Concourse.
She is a supportive person by nature and is always looking at ways to improve herself, her knowledge and her expertise in order to apply this in the workplace. Insightful, engaging and savvy she brings over 20 years of corporate experience to the team.
Terry’s experience spans 28 years; 17 years in top branding agencies (Fitch, Landor, Wolff Olins, Dalziel & Pow, Brand Union to name a few) and 11 years running his own UK consultancy. He is a creative-led, strategic thinker who loves delighting clients with innovative and progressive ideas.
He has also worked extensively with Blue Chip global brands with high-level expertise in branded environments for retail, F&B and transportation. His concept work for Caffe Nero won a DBA Design Effectiveness award, followed with a runner up for Best in Retail for Harmony Adult Lifestyle Stores.
Duncan has been working with branded environments for the last 15 years, leading the design and overseeing construction of some of Asia’s most exciting and award-winning stores. Prior to working at Concourse, he was Director of Concept Design for Starbucks and Head of Store Design & Construction at Heinemann Asia Pacific.
With a strong background in design and project management, Duncan was responsible for delivering the world’s biggest duty free store, Heinemann Tax & Duty Free at Sydney International Airport, as well as a number of notable Travel Retail stores around the Asia Pacific region.
Bernie has been in the retail merchandising field for 35 years, working with a number of leading UK POP companies, including 22 years as Technical Director for leading UK design agency Frontline. He is one of the founding partners of Concourse Display Management and has led the development of our technical teams around the world from day one. He has wealth of experience as a design engineer combined with a great hands on approach to problem solving.
Tim has managed the design, architectural and planning standards for retail networks, numbering over 600 stores throughout the world; involving brand and marketing, branch layout, security, health and safety, accessibility criteria. He oversees our large rollout store programs of up to 60 new branch installations per year and also selects and manages contractors, specialist suppliers and professional services, as well as developing strategy for new design initiatives and projects.
