Junior Client Project Manager

Due to company expansion, we are currently looking for a commercially savvy and influential Junior Client Project Manager to be based in Singapore as part of our ASIA team. In this role you will impress and serve our existing global brand clients, improve client relationships, drive sales and develop strategic relations.

The Role:

As a Junior Client Project Manager you will be that pivotal link between the Client, Internal Project Manager and Design Team, dedicated to delivering projects with precision and accuracy whilst meeting deadlines and budget in accordance with your clients’ expectations.

 

Main duties will include:

• Managing the overall client relationship along with the account management team, in accordance with company strategy and goals

• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key decision-makers in our clients’ organisations

• Understanding and translating briefs andcoordinating with internal departments to ensure deliverables and projects are delivered on time with quality, within scope and budget

• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Understanding and reviewing budgets

• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to track progress

• Reporting and escalating to management as needed

 

Are You What We Need?

You will…

• Have at minimum of 2 years of project management experience in an agency environment and client-facing role

• Be an excellent written and verbal communicator, able to encourage cooperation from various parties, including senior management, internal and external stakeholders, through strong interpersonal skills

• Be detail-orientated, meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks in an organised way

• Be a proactive self-starter, driven with a passionate personality

• Have the ability to take on responsibility and work independently in a fast-paced and results-orientated environment

• Enjoy working under pressure and to tight schedules

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside proven written, oral and presentation skills

• Be proficient with desktop publishing tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Have a passion for retail and travel

• Enjoy working as part of a team
